Girls’ Basketball: “The seniors on our team have all been playing together since youth, so we have really great chemistry and will make for strong leaders. Everyone on the team has really good relationships with each other. That will be a big strength for our team this year because we will lift each other up and always be positive,” senior Julianne Guarraia said.
Indoor Track & Field: “We had a really good team dynamic during the cross country season, so I’m excited to see how that transfers into track. The distance group is going to more meets this year than what we normally go to. I’m excited to see how far we can go, at least within our group and also as an entire team. We also have a lot of really good underclassmen, so I’m looking forward to seeing where we’re going to fit in standings,” senior Rachel Quadrato said.
Gymnastics: “I’m super excited for the new season because we have three new members, two freshmen, and a new
sophomore, and I think it’s really going to help our team. We haven’t lost any seniors and we’ve been having some girls in the gym preparing for the season to start,” junior Sylvi Otter said.
Wrestling: “Wrestling is an individual sport, but you are definitely surrounded by people who would like to see you get better. We have some good wrestlers returning from last year and we are looking like ECC contenders with the new coach, but it could be a tougher season without last year’s seniors Lincoln, Jonny or Brayden,” junior Nico Scalora said.
Boys’ Basketball: “This year is going to be a completely different dynamic than last year’s. We lost our whole starting lineup from last year, so new leaders and players will have to emerge. I think we’ll catch some teams by surprise this year honestly,” junior Javier Mangual said.
