Q&A With ELHS Scholar Athletes: Riddhi Venkatesh

Viking Saga(VS): What is your biggest motivator?

Riddhi Venkatesh(RV): I would say my teammates keep me motivated and I always put in my 100% for them. I love the feeling of accomplishment and being able to celebrate my wins with my whole team.

VS: Do you plan on playing in college at all?

RV: I’m currently not committed anywhere but I’m planning on majoring in chemical engineering. I also hope to play club lacrosse or soccer.

VS: What is your favorite part of your sport?

RV: My favorite part of soccer and lacrosse is being able to hang out with my friends everyday. Practices and games are always so much fun when I’m surrounded by my friends.

VS: What is your biggest accomplishment regarding your sport?

RV: My biggest accomplishment for soccer was being named MVP for the senior bowl game. It was my last high school soccer game ever and it felt good knowing I played my best game that day.
