A student walkout featuring countless signs reading “tolerating racism is racism” and vehement discussions of racial injustice took place on the ELHS football field the morning of November 6. Though several local news outlets arrived, only students and faculty were allowed to be on the cloistered football field, leaving the Viking Saga with an opportune chance to capture the walkout through the students’ eyes. Stay tuned for interviews and articles regarding the fight on racial inequality at ELHS.
