Olivia Brown, News Editor

Hello everyone!

I’m the ‘23-’24 News Editor! Last year, I was a reporter and I’m so excited to take on this new role. I’m prepared to give 100 percent into my section which means to work harder each week and publish great editions! I want my section to have fun pieces but also to focus on important current events.

My goal is to push my limits and work with my reporters to create well written articles for the EL community. I promise to bring new voices into the Saga so I can share the stories of our town.

I plan to inform to the best of my ability and allow tough subjects to be talked about. A few facts about me: I’m on the crew team, I love Taylor Swift and baking. Many people describe me as an extrovert. I love to talk and be with my friends and family. I believe that if everyone has more perspective, empathy, and understanding that our school would become a happier place.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or article ideas!

With love,

Olivia Brown, News Editor
